  • Worked on a wide variety of projects, including shelf-life studies, flavour optimisation, new flavour development and in-depth brand analysis with preference mapping
  • Advising and developing sensory plans for a wide range of different product development and manufacturing projects, including sensory shelf-life, product quality and factory production
  • Panel performance and monitoring, including dealing with panellist issues.
  • Courses developed including the use of PanelCheck and sensory statistical analyses using XLSTAT
  • Sensory and statistical analyses, together with the formulation of reports and presentations
  • Advising on quality control and new product development project progression
  • Development of sensory statistics course for sensory scientists
